About Us
The Mission of the Winnebago Conflict Resolution Center, Inc. is to help citizens resolve their disputes effectively, expeditiously and with compassion, and thus serves as an alternative to the courts to resolve disputes.
Winnebago Conflict Resolution Center is a non-profit organization providing free mediation services to residents of Winnebago County and training in mediation and conflict resolution statewide.
Staff Members
Kristy Bradish, Executive Director of the Winnebago Conflict Resolution Center, coordinates all activities of the Center and is involved in all training. Kristy is an experienced mediator and trainer, and started WCRC in 1991. She is a former President of the Wisconsin Association of Mediators. She is also a member of the National Association for Community Mediators. Kristy initiated the Oshkosh Public School System peer mediator program. She has conducted countless workshops in conflict management and serves as a consultant for hospitals, schools, government agencies, churches, and businesses statewide. |
| Volunteer mediators are highly trained, skilled and experienced in interest-based mediation. Each volunteer mediator has completed 40 hours of mediation skills training and a 16 hour practicum of observing and co-mediating a wide variety of disputes. The Center operates with a corps of 50+ volunteers. |
