Mediation is appropriate for disputes among co-workers as well as with customers, suppliers or competitors; whether those disputes have been filed in court or not. it is suitable for small claims, large claims, and multiple party disputes with or without attorneys. Agreements are typically more acceptable to all parties than decisions handed down by judges. Mediated agreements are legally binding.
