Mediation Skills Training March 19-23, 2012
This five day workshop presented by: Kristy Bradish,
Executive Director of Winnebago Conflict Resolution Center, Inc., and Pat Nichols, UW-Oshkosh Center for Career Development & Education Training, is for people interested in learning the techniques and the process of problem solving through mediation.
This training is especially valuable to business people, attorneys and other individuals who deal with client, employee and/or family conflicts on a day-to-day basis. This training is also required for people wanting to become volunteer mediators with the Winnebago Conflict Resolution Center.

Our mentoring program requires 8 hours of observation and 8 hours of co-mediating actual cases within 5 months.

Conflict Management
Your business, church, school, community organization or other group will gain an understanding of the dynamics of conflict and learn how to deal with it in a positive way through a Winnebago Conflict Resolution Center Workshop on conflict management skills. School-based Peer Mediation Program
School staff and students learn the fundamentals of conflict management and students are trained to be peer mediators in their schools. With the help of our experienced trainers, each school implements a self-determined peer mediation program choosing the level of involvement for faculty, administration, parents, and students.
